PURPOSE:

Acti-Vol Cream Oxidizing Cream is designed for persistent and gentle coloring of hair using different techniques.

ADVANTAGES:

• Soft, uniform consistency of the structure when the cream-oxidizer is mixed with cream color allows even distribution of the coloring/lightening mixture through the hair
• The stabilized oxidizer cream, when mixed with the dye, is opened at full strength, while NOT isolating the active OXYGEN

ACTIVE COMPONENTS:

• Oil of myrrh – carries a regenerating, moisturizing, and mosquito effect
