PURPOSE:
Acti-Vol Cream Oxidizing Cream is designed for persistent and gentle coloring of hair using different techniques.
ADVANTAGES:
- Soft, uniform consistency of the structure when the cream-oxidizer is mixed with cream color allows evenly distributing the coloring / lightening mixture through the hair
- The stabilized oxidizer cream, when mixed with the dye, is opened at full strength, while NOT isolating the active OXYGEN.
